Dr. Asamoah is a registered pharmaceutical scientist with a gift for turning complex science into compelling, investor-friendly stories. Whether it’s breaking down clinical data, navigating regulatory pathways, or making the case for the next big healthcare innovation, she knows how to bring science to life. Her journey into pharma started in Ghana, where she saw firsthand the urgent need for affordable, sustainable medicines in underserved communities. That passion led her to explore plant-based therapies at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy, reinforcing her mission to bridge traditional medicine with modern scientific breakthroughs.

With experience at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals and Amylyx Pharma, as well as hands-on exposure to regulatory strategy through a specialized project at the FDA, Dr. Asamoah brings a well-rounded perspective on drug development, from research and clinical trials to commercialization and investor engagement. Armed with a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Seton Hall University, she seamlessly connects research, data, and business strategy.
